This might sound radical to someone like you. But hear me out. If servers rely on a 20% tip on every meal. Why not just include that in the price for the start and it will never be a problem. You know, like how the rest of the world does it.

I’ve never heard of someone willingly altering their behavior while also being enabled every step of the way.
If you actually read the article. It talks about how some resturants now add a NON OPTIONAL 20% “gratuity” to the bill.
Seems like they’re already halfway there. All that’s left is to include it in the price so people know what they’re paying.
