    “Secretary Noem refused to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee last year and now tells us that she will be available in five weeks—should she still be DHS [Department of Homeland Security] Secretary at that time,” Durbin said in a statement.

    Because they let Noem state her availability and she expects this to have blown over or have resulted in her firing before then.

      She’ll probably be a commentator on Fox News or CNN by the time she’s set to testify, or at least have the contract already signed. Maybe a nice vacation between jobs.

        She will not have the protection of her Federal Office if she is fired by then and can be dragged into civil court if Congress and the Courts don’t do their job. I mean, I’m not holding my breath, obviously little Bovinito will be the fall guy for all of this. And that little shit will likely pull a pension.
