Youth crime is down massively since the 90’s, and beyond the very real gun violence (for which y’all have tried nothing and are all out of ideas) none of the stories you linked demonstrate or try to demonstrate a systemic problem except the systemic problem of news organisations optimizing for clicks rather than information.
