31·6 days agoThey generally don’t though because the burden to indict is SIGNFICANTLY lower than the burden to convict. Anyone that you cannot even get an indictment for isn’t likely to be convicted at trial.
They actually claim to have already stopped this war (this is one of the “wars that Trump stopped”).
Look. I have had enough of the senseless random gun violence being directed against these fascists.
PLEASE join your local SRA or John Brown Gun club and get some training so that you can be thoughtful and precise in your response to fascism.
Not only that but also somehow failed to find a full sized pistol and silencer while searching the bag for explosives, which is pretty alarming.
They went with their instincts and tried to frame a guy who just happened to actually be guilty, and it backfired on them.
But who is paying a million a year for this? The only conceivable benefit is that it just kills Americans. So who profits from that?
This is one of the more puzzling Trump/MAGA positions because I can’t see that it even makes anyone money.
They are already too out of touch to even realize how fucking bonkers they look to anyone not already in their little bubble.
Kinda hard to rattle your saber when you already smashed it to pieces failing to kill a crippled animal.
Given that “domestic terrorist organization” is a term that has no legislative or legal meaning and was literally just a made up category for Trump to put “antifa” into, it seems like this general is actually answering that question for us.
There is exactly ONE “designated terrorist organization” in the United States and its “Antifa” and the mechanism for this designation is that Trump decided it.
He is happy to deploy the military specifically to target any group identified by Donald Trump as his personal opposition.
