In this case? Yes. And I know that comes across as biased and naive, but given the IDFs actions and statements from the past year alone. Literally any source would be more credible.


With little to no corroboration or regard for the authenticity of the source as long as it supports your personal bias and preconceived conclusions?


If only the IDF was known for their integrity and respectability. Their reports and information would not need to be corroborated.

That was a surprise to read. In what world did Israel expect Iran not to retaliate the way they did? Did they really expect Iran to lay down and take whatever Israel dished out? This seems incredibly naive.
