That is absolutely wild… I cant believe how much of the industry they are! Well thats great then! I was worried the death of tesla would be unfelt by elon.

Id be willing to bet that tesla is no bigger than 10% maximum of his worth. His big ones are space X that just chugs our tax money, and starlink, which I believe is being used as navigation in weapons systems being sold to nations. Tesla is effectively meaningless now.

At a certain point being “Spineless” feels like a cover for complicit.

DC and Puerto Rico will become states the same day that we are 100% sure how they will vote in future elections, and the party we are certain they will vote for has the executive and congressional majority.

near total lack of moderation
Disagree. Social media is built to favor creating and then selling huge name influencers to your users, and because you cannot become a large influencer/streamer/w/e without essentially being uncritical about the world, or being critical in a way that swings completely to 1 side of the aisle. This is in itself a form of moderation that only ever allows some critical voices to succeed, but only if their critique furthers the divide among the working class.

There is nothing you can/could do. The endless war against intelligence and focus on just believing what some screaming asshole says on talk radio, combined with the dawn of the internet being weaponized to spread that brain rot, and here you go. Maybe if you can go back in time and murder Ronald Reagan before capitalism gets so out of hand that they can buy the government ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a really neat way to directly bribe a government official

So thats on me, I said “does nothing to change our two party system” when I should have said “does nothing to remove our two party system”. All this does is concentrate power into the democrats which if they had no worry of winning elections would very quickly openly turn into the Billionaire Boot Licking Society overnight. We need more political parties.
All this being said I’m not arguing against removing the electoral college, it needs to die. But Americas problems run so much deeper than the GOP

Removing the electoral college does nothing to change our two party system so I don’t understand why you think it solves billionaire class rule.
Politicians are whores, I really doubt you need more than a billion to own your own starting lineup.
