Two reasons. First, you don’t know that that guy really is a doctor. He could be some random crazy person. Second, if she lives, she can sue.

Not making excuses for a fascist preventing a doctor from getting to someone who’s bleeding to death is free.

Not making snarky comments is also free. They asked why, I answered. I never said it was a good reason or any excuse.

That never happens, also the response isn’t “no” it’s any sort of question to discern if they are telling the truth.

Funny, we don’t know that masked thugs are actually ICE agents.

First, you don’t know that that guy really is a doctor.

Not an acceptable reason. I’d actually expect that medical personnel probably do in fact carry some sort of documentation that identifies them as such, likely for this very reason.

Second, if she lives, she can sue.

So…they want 1st degree murder rather than manslaughter charges. Actively blocking medical aid demonstrates explicit premeditated intent.

Second degree is intent without premeditation.

Who the fuck cares if he’s a real Doctor? You afraid he’s gonna hurt her more than a shot to the head?
