As a matter of fact, I was admonishing the US and its decision to betray the Ukrainians.
I will say this, however: regardless of how you feel about the US and your animosity toward it, Ukraine has been able to defend itself against Russia, in large part, because of the support it received from the United States.
Russia is a threat not just to the US, but to the rest of the world as well.
And as bad as the US really is, you’ll get no argument from me on that point, but we still have the capacity to do the right thing, at least to some degree. Keep in mind that this current administration is, in my opinion, the worst I’ve ever seen in my lifetime, and I’ve lived through quite a few presidents.
Sometimes it’s helpful to hold up a mirror.

Adding to this. Step back a moment and notice that this is, in part, the same playbook being used everywhere else: California vs Florida, Red vs Blue; US vs Ukraine vs Russia.
