            Reform at this moment (fortunately) isn’t on government, so unlikely that they’ll handle anything.

            and given the way things going, they couldn’t organise a pissup in a brewery… let alone a pardon for a rapist.

              Reform can always make time to pardon a rapist - it’s an important part of their recruitment process for their councillors and mayors.

                Criminals cannot be pardoned by Parliament in the UK, only by the reigning monarch, and given the current status of the King’s little brother I think that is highly unlikely.

                  Sorry, yeah, pardoning is the wrong term for this. It’s more a case of “get the special lawyers who make difficult allegations disappear, in exchange for blackmailable loyalty”.
