The victim appeared before the court on Tuesday and asked for the maximum sentence, according to WBRZ. She spoke of the incident where Mystikal “choked her, pulled braids out of her hair and forcibly raped her.” After she spoke, the rapper told the courtroom, “If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence.”

    Mystikal faced similar domestic abuse charges in 2004 after sexually assaulting his hairstylist and subsequently spent six years in prison. In 2012, he was jailed for three months on misdemeanor domestic abuse charges, and five years later, he was charged with rape and kidnapping before the case was dropped.

    Wholeheartedly agree, especially because this isn’t the first or second time.

      It would be nice if we could rehabilitate with intensive therapy so they don’t come out worse.

        It would be, yes; but this is America and we seem to have a permanent hard-on for punishment over rehabilitation, and it’s also a lot easier to make punishment profitable. remember, kids, slavery is still legal in the good ole “land of the free”, if you’re in prison – and several companies and their shareholders get inordinately rich off it. Hooray for profits derived from human suffering with no other benefit to society! Freedom! Justice! Capitalism! God, this place is hell.
